Cleaning Logger

Cleaning Logger is being developed as an integrated data logging system for pipeline cleaning pig operations. It measures and records distance, differential pressure, 6-axis gyroscope and accelerometer data, and girth weld detection data while the pig travels through the pipeline.

The recorded data can be used to detect and locate restrictions or deposits, monitor tool behavior, assess cleaning progress and effectiveness, and verify pipeline conditions. Data is presented in an easy-to-understand graphical format using our PC software.
